This class is ever-changing and is intuitively designed to meet the needs of every participant.
This class includes stretching, strengthening and balance postures with focus on body alignment, anatomy of movement, and mindful integration of breath. Yoga has been known to increase energy, prevent illness and injury, stretch and lengthen tight muscles, promote weight loss, reduce stress & depression, increase self-esteem and enhance one's overall sense of well-being. All levels are welcome in this class.
Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up. Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity.

ICBC (Intense Circuit Boot Camp):
This boot camp class welcomes all fitness levels and is designed to provide optimal weight loss and fat burning. It is a combination of cardio exercise and strength training for burning high amounts of calories and developing lean muscle mass. This class will boost your metabolism and keep you energized all day.
SMS (Stability, Mobility & Strength)
Did you know that 10% of muscle mass is lost between the ages of 25-50? Additionally, 40% of muscle mass is lost between the ages of 50-80. Join SMS for small group balance and strength training. Come to class and improve and preserve muscle mass, maintain bone mass, decrease risk of serious falls and improve your sleep patterns!
Explore Wyoming's mountains, valleys, hills and plains without ever leaving the gym! This cycling class is designed for lower body strength and cardiovascular endurance. Make sure you are on one of our 7 LeMond spin bikes, and get ready for a "ride" that includes sprints, hill climbs, intervals, circuits, and more. Classes are usually 50 minutes long and are set to music that is sure to get you moving!
Weights & Spin:
Wake up and get your heart pumpin' to these upbeat and fun classes. This class focuses on muscle definition and toning as well as some choreographed leg movements. Spinning on our LeMond Spin bikes is another great way to start your Wednesday mornings of right!
Cardio Ab Blast:
Tone your gut and BLAST your cardio fitness level through the roof with a full class of the best of any type of cardio and abdominal training that Stacy feels like throwing at you! Some days you may do kickboxing, some days step, or high/low impact, and even switch it up with sports conditioning. The bottom line is, you will challenge your aerobic thresholds every time. Come prepared to sweat, breathe hard and get super fit!
Train like a pro with this Circuit training program, an excellent boredom buster! Whether you're cycling, running steps, jumping rope, doing squats, planks, or conditioning on the stability ball, your mind won't have time to wander while your body turns into a calorie burning machine! All fitness levels are welcome in this class!
'The One Stop Body Shock' where you will find yourself immediately locked into this high intensity workout. It combines easy, yet effective cardiovascular routines interlaced with weights, and resistance work. It's combination that drives up your endurance and gets your body moving.
